Hypoxic Cells
Hypoxic cells stained with a rabbit anti pimonidazole antibody [Hypoxyprobe store, NPI inc], visualized with Alexa488 Donkey anti-Rabbit(711-547-003). CD44 positive cells stained with a rat anti CD44 [Biolegend], visualized with Cy3 Donkey anti-Rat (712-166-150). All nucleï stained with hoechst.
5 micron paraffin section of a head&neck tumour, scanned on a Zeiss Scope A1 with a 20 x objective and recorded with a Coolsnap HQ camera.
